REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled float time, feel free to cancel your appointment via our online scheduler or contact us at info@stillwaterfloat or by phone at 289-337-3555. We will be happy to help you reschedule, or (if the appointment time is more than 24 hours away) to refund any deposit paid.
Please be aware that Stillwater Burlington Float Centre reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. No shows or missed appointments will be charged a fee.
REFUNDS, REBOOKING AND EXCHANGE
If you are unhappy with any product or service obtained at Stillwater Burlington Float Centre, please let us know. We will make it right!
For services received on premises at Stillwater Burlington Float Centre, please let us know of any problems within 7 days; for retail products purchased, within 30 days. We will provide rebooking, exchange, service credit, or refund according to the problem (at our discretion).
Refunds are at your request: if you cancel an appointment reservation, we will assume you intend to re-book and will keep any credit on your account, unless you specifically request a refund.
Returns are accepted on unopened products. Opened products may be returned for account credit.
Memberships can be cancelled any time after the 3 month commitment period by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 289-337-3555. Membership credits are non-refundable, however, credits never expire and can be shared or transferred to a gift certificate.
Memberships will be automatically renewed every month until cancelled.
